Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing internal and external developer experiences by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and maintaining the Hireology Developer Portal, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day while diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code and ensures high-frequency, low-risk deployments
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency with multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance measured by build time or deployment frequency
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and practices, including Claude Code or similar frameworks
