Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing developer productivity by managing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building external developer experiences in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize the performance of build and deployment pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement AI-native testing strategies that accommodate high volumes of AI-generated code
• Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and designing automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, such as Claude Code, and familiarity with large language models
