Job Summary

Seeking an experienced engineer, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will focus on backend development, lead projects, and design scalable systems while working remotely from India.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of backend solutions for the marketing automation platform
• Design and maintain high-performance database systems and message broker integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and ensure system scalability

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in backend development
• At least 1 year of experience as a module or project lead
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Golang
• Strong understanding of various database systems, including relational and NoSQL
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
