Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing both internal and external developer environments, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and implementing AI-native testing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize build and deployment pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that integrates with high-volume AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
