Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage the internal and external developer environments, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and enhance the Hireology Developer Portal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day, diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code and ensures quality and security
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it provides comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience with a focus on developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools and familiarity with large language models for architectural decision-making
