Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading with problem-solving and systems thinking, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and ship reliable software across web and mobile platforms using Ruby on Rails, React, and React Native, while ensuring platform stability and enhancing the patient and provider experience in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Ruby on Rails APIs and develop features using React and React Native, focusing on performance and user experience
• Influence application architecture and data modeling decisions while upholding code integrity through testing and documentation
• Utilize AI-driven development tools to enhance productivity and establish team practices for effective AI integration

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building web applications with Ruby on Rails and React
• Production experience in developing and shipping mobile features with React Native
• Strong understanding of React fundamentals, including hooks and state management
• Proficient in relational database management, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience integrating AI tools into the development workflow to improve efficiency and quality
