Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing internal and external developer experiences by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and maintaining the Hireology Developer Portal, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize build and deployment pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy for codebases with significant AI-generated contributions
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience in developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
