Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization in healthcare technology, the fully remote Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing AI-enabled development tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native services
• Build and evolve backend services and data models to unify disparate data sources for care teams
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring scalability and performance

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer working across frontend and backend systems
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based infrastructure
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance productivity and software delivery
• Experience applying secure development practices within structured SDLC environments
• Comfort with live coding exercises and systems design discussions
