Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic AI-native engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and operate production AI systems, including backend services and LLM-powered features, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production-quality backend services and AI platform components
• Integrate and improve LLM-powered systems, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate platform needs into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating production software systems
• Strong backend engineering experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems and cloud-native technologies like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in relational/NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools and the ability to evaluate AI-generated code
