Job Summary

Focused on driving patient starts through strategic collaborations, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design and scale robust systems within a cross-functional team, leading technical initiatives that enhance access to mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable systems that support emerging growth areas such as Government and Employers
• Lead high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, aligning stakeholders and navigating trade-offs
• Foster a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring peers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of building and scaling web applications
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and aligning stakeholders
• Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies, ideally TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality and delivery velocity
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, distributed systems that are secure and maintainable
