Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Software Engineer to work remotely, who will own and evolve foundational systems, build scalable services, optimize infrastructure, and mentor engineers while driving complex technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and build scalable platform components using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and React
• Lead code and architecture reviews to maintain high standards for reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Own and deliver impactful projects end-to-end, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, focusing on backend systems and platform services
• Expertise in Node.js and modern development patterns (TypeScript/JavaScript)
• Solid experience designing and scaling distributed systems with a focus on performance and reliability
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and production-grade deployments
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and systems design
