Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To help architect and evolve an AI-native product, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design and deploy scalable APIs, manage end-to-end feature development, and optimize performance across frontend and backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and evolve backend systems using Scala, Play, Postgres, and AWS
• Design and deploy scalable APIs and AI-assisted services while building frontend features with React and modern state tools
• Develop internal tooling and workflows to enhance development velocity and code quality

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with backend systems (Scala, Java, Ruby, or C#) and JavaScript with React
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products
• Deep familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex
• Comfort working in multi-session, agent-driven workflows
