Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Omni Tooling & Visibility Engineering Team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise solutions that enhance data visibility and operational efficiency while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the development and maintenance of software solutions to enhance performance and reliability
• Monitor and correct complex software defects, ensuring fully functioning systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver robust omnichannel data platforms

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level preferred
• Over 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering
• Basic experience in coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Postgres, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Redis
• Experience with software analysis and design for complex systems
