Job Summary

Joining a remote software development team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and build advanced AI platforms for healthcare, focusing on agentic systems and full-stack engineering while driving engineering excellence and fostering a culture of innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust agentic workflows and AI infrastructure aligned with business goals
• Build scalable back-end services and front-end solutions using Python, Node.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Mentor engineers and lead technical direction through roadmaps and design reviews, ensuring collaboration across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on shipping high-quality products
• Demonstrated experience with AI infrastructure and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Extensive full-stack development experience, including proficiency in front-end frameworks like React and back-end API design
• Deep technical proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure or Google Cloud) and CI/CD practices
