Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a key technical leader in the Customer Retention group, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions across front-end and back-end systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of full-stack solutions that enhance user experience and meet product requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and create engaging user interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with a focus on shipping production code
• 3+ years of experience in back-end distributed system design and microservice architectures, preferably in eCommerce
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in web and mobile front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Redis, Kotlin)
• Experience with full stack delivery and hosting on Kubernetes and AWS
