Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Software Engineer, the candidate will design, develop, and optimize digital healthcare solutions while leading technical initiatives, working remotely or from Atlanta, GA, or New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable backend services and full-stack applications using Python and React/Next.js
• Lead complex technical initiatives and mentor engineers through code reviews and collaborative problem-solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in backend or full-stack application development
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js, with experience in designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM technologies into production applications
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native development practices within AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
