Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will engage with internal teams to identify workflow challenges, develop solutions, and integrate AI where beneficial while ensuring the reliability and maintainability of internal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to gather requirements and build effective software solutions
• Prototype, deploy, and maintain internal tools, ensuring they operate reliably and efficiently
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity while ensuring the quality of generated code

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems
• Strong backend skills, including APIs, data modeling, and system design
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real applications
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake is a plus
• Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and take ownership of projects from conception to production
