Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support the migration of legacy systems and modernization of APIs, the contracted Senior Software Engineer will work remotely to develop secure, scalable data pipelines and integrate with new enterprise platforms while ensuring compliance with IT General Controls standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the migration of existing systems and modernize the commissions API with a tokenized architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to participate in architectural discussions and provide development support
- Ensure accurate and secure data transfer to maintain audit readiness throughout the software development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of software development experience with Java
- Strong experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with Spring Boot and Golang for backend development
- Experience with AWS services including ECS/Fargate, CloudFormation, SQS, and Lambda
- Familiarity with containerization technologies and secure data transfer practices
