Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To drive customer satisfaction and enhance fulfillment processes, the remote Senior Software Engineer II will tackle complex cross-system challenges, own large features from design to deployment, and deliver scalable AI-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Tackle ambiguous, cross-system problems spanning all aspects of fulfillment and servicing
• Own large features end to end, from design through deployment, release, and monitoring
• Mentor other engineers through code review, design collaboration, and coaching

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack experience
• Proven track record building distributed, cloud-native applications with hands-on serverless experience
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/LLM features to production
• Expert in TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Strong data modeling and context engineering skills
