Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of a core platform for intelligent agent orchestration, the remote Senior Software Engineer will build infrastructure, define platform primitives, and design backend services while collaborating with internal teams to drive technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build core infrastructure for multi-agent orchestration, including task planning and execution
• Define and implement platform primitives to enable internal teams to develop new agents
• Design reliable backend services and APIs for agent discovery and state management

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Strong experience with high-scale backend or distributed systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong system design skills and production reliability mindset
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
