Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of an internal AI platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build core infrastructure and SDKs to enable intelligent Agents and RAG pipelines, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain core infrastructure, services, and SDKs for LLMs and Agentic workflows
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists and Data Scientists to translate experimental models into production-grade AI services
• Design robust data pipelines with Data Engineers for high-quality, real-time data retrieval for AI context

Required qualifications

• Expert-level API and service development in Python and/or Go, with experience in SQL and database management
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and managing vector databases
• Proven ability to communicate technical requirements across Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product domains
• Deep understanding of production-tested principles including horizontal scaling and security principles like OWASP
• At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
