Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Software Engineer will design and implement AI-driven systems to automate business processes, collaborating with operations, sales, and customer support teams to identify inefficiencies and deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own business automation end-to-end by identifying workflow bottlenecks and deploying solutions
• Design and ship AI-driven systems that autonomously handle complex business processes
• Define and report on metrics that measure the impact of automation initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong understanding of scalable systems
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript for building production systems
• Full-stack capability, including backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• 1-2+ years of experience working with LLMs and AI agents in production environments
• Experience building multi-agent workflows and familiarity with AI coding tools
