Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing internal and external developer environments, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and building AI-native tools to improve developer productivity in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day, eliminating bottlenecks and improving performance metrics
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code while ensuring quality and security
• Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal and API experience, providing external developers with resources and tools to build on the platform

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency with multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Proven experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and designing automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and a solid understanding of large language models
