Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will optimize internal and external developer environments, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and build tools to support high-frequency deployments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve CI/CD pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or platform engineering
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and practices, including Claude Code or similar frameworks
