Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with product and engineering teams, the remote Senior Software Engineer will analyze product requirements to design scalable healthcare revenue cycle management solutions, improve existing applications, and mentor junior engineers.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop well-designed solutions that meet business needs in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end development of scalable web applications and internal platforms
• Mentor Software Engineers through design reviews, code reviews, coaching, and training opportunities

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Deep knowledge of building object-oriented software using C#, Entity Framework, and related .NET technologies
• Experience with web applications using MVC techniques, HTML5/CSS3, REST APIs, Bootstrap, and jQuery
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and working in agile environments
