Job Summary

Owning projects end-to-end in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will deliver robust features, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical decision-making while shaping high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from scope and estimates to deployment and monitoring, effectively handling ambiguity and risks
• Deliver maintainable features with minimal oversight, improving reliability and test coverage proactively
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design guidance, fostering an inclusive learning culture

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of applicable experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end modern web development
• Demonstrated ability to independently own projects end-to-end
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment
