Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join the AI Platform team in a hybrid capacity, responsible for building scalable infrastructure that accelerates AI agent development and enhances product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop core backend services, APIs, and microservices for AI model integration
• Build frameworks and tools to support multi-step agent workflows and ensure operational excellence
• Develop robust evaluation systems to measure and improve AI reasoning quality and task success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack fundamentals with experience in frontend, backend, and data layers
• Hands-on experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs and AI systems in production
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while delivering user value
