Job Summary

Joining a dynamic methodology team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and maintain backend systems for high-volume data processing, focusing on event-driven integrations and system migrations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, scale, and maintain backend systems that process large volumes of data
• Work on event-driven and API-based integrations while contributing to architecture migration efforts
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to solve technical problems and optimize performance-sensitive workflows

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software engineering experience with strong technical depth
• Proficiency in Java as a core language, with familiarity in other languages such as Python, Scala, or Go
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and event-driven architecture
• Experience with data processing tools like Spark, Kafka, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Comfortable working in performance-oriented, production-critical environments with high-throughput systems
