Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architectural design of AI-driven platforms, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will influence technical standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable cloud-native solutions while working remotely or from Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design for AI/ML systems and data pipeline infrastructure to drive customer success
• Collaborate with backend, infrastructure, security, and product teams to integrate advanced technologies
• Mentor senior engineers and drive continuous improvement in DevSecOps and CI/CD practices

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, Java, or equivalent languages
• Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD best practices
• Experience with API design, microservices patterns, and distributed systems
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
