Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building tools for both internal engineers and external developers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy to accommodate AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, such as Claude Code, and familiarity with LLMs
