Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the core platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will maintain platform infrastructure, tackle complex technical challenges, and collaborate directly with clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the health, reliability, and evolution of the platform across backend, infrastructure, and AI systems
• Make architectural and technology decisions, evaluating tradeoffs and choosing appropriate tools
• Support the engineering team by mentoring, reviewing code, and improving CI/CD pipelines

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python skills
• Experience owning and operating production systems
• Proven ability to make sound architectural decisions and communicate them clearly
• Experience with cloud platforms
• Familiarity with AI/LLM systems or a strong willingness to learn
