Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the Developer Experience team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer environments, focusing on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, building the Hireology Developer Portal, and implementing AI-native testing strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of build and deployment pipelines, aiming for 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
