Job Summary

Joining a collaborative engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead backend development on a core scheduling platform modernization using Python and .NET, contributing to a multi-product ecosystem and driving the evolution towards an AI-accelerated software development lifecycle in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead backend development and set Python best practices for the core scheduling platform modernization
• Contribute to a multi-product ecosystem, ensuring quality and functionality across Python and .NET stacks
• Drive the team's evolution towards AI-assisted development workflows using tools like Claude Code

Required qualifications

• Deep, production-grade experience with Python (Python 3.10+)
• Meaningful exposure to .NET to contribute across the existing product suite
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows
• Demonstrated senior judgment and collaborative mindset
• Strong team-first orientation with a focus on constructive collaboration
