Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will focus on enhancing internal and external developer experiences by optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building tools that streamline development processes, all while operating in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve CI/CD pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and practices, especially Claude Code or similar frameworks
