Job Summary

Collaborating with operators, clinicians, and product managers, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will build innovative tools to enhance healthcare outcomes while simplifying complex systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance systems that connect to healthcare outcomes, understanding the business context behind developments
• Make informed technical and product decisions, taking ownership of projects from problem understanding to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new features based on user and stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in common programming languages and familiarity with databases and web frontend technologies
• Experience in building systems that incorporate AI agents as partners
• Strong understanding of system scalability and maintenance
• Experience in building and refactoring complex, often distributed systems
• Ability to connect technical work to business and user impacts, focusing on outcomes rather than just output
