Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage the internal and external developer experiences, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day while diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated testing infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Proficiency in AI-native development tools, particularly Claude Code or similar frameworks
