Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer environments, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and tooling to enhance developer productivity in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design AI-native testing strategies that accommodate AI-generated code and ensure high-quality deployments
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in languages and frameworks such as Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and security-aware development practices
