Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Software Engineer will embed with a Product, Tech, and Analytics team to facilitate AI adoption by developing tailored plugins and skills, integrating tools, and creating reusable patterns for broader use.

Key responsibilities:

• Embed with a PTA cohort to build and ship targeted AI enablement solutions, addressing high-friction workflows
• Productize successful implementations into reusable plugins and templates for the Claude Code Plugin Marketplace
• Integrate new tools through the MCP Gateway and collaborate with security and platform owners on necessary integrations

Required qualifications:

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Production experience with modern application stacks such as Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go
• Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in unfamiliar codebases
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools in a production or near-production environment
