Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly-skilled Senior Software Engineer for a full-time remote position, who will participate in the software development lifecycle, improve code quality through reviews, and own the execution of medium-to-large-sized features in a data-intensive application development project.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from user story generation to operational support
• Improve code quality by actively participating in code reviews and adhering to team standards
• Collaboratively provide estimates and input to stakeholders about feature feasibility, complexity, and priority

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience building scalable, secure back-end systems
• Proficiency with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical major or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work as part of a Scrum team and commit to automated testing and continuous integration
