Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will architect, build, and scale a next-generation EMR platform for PACE, collaborating closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and intuitive frontend interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB
• Engage with PMs and Designers from ideation through delivery, scoping feasibility and offering technical input to strengthen product decisions
• Set best practices in code quality and system design while mentoring junior engineers and participating in code reviews

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB
• Strong coding practices with a focus on quality and effective use of AI tools
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of features and projects from ideation to delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on building scalable and efficient solutions
• Effective collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams
