Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of cutting-edge AI products, the freelance Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure while working remotely and independently on a flexible contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade software systems for AI training and deployment pipelines
• Write clean, well-tested, and performant code in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript
• Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Java, or similar)
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design principles
• Experience building and deploying backend services, APIs, or data-intensive applications
• Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments
