Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of cutting-edge AI products, the freelance Senior Software Engineer focused on AI Infrastructure will design, build, and maintain production-grade software systems remotely, working 20-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems for AI training, evaluation, and deployment
• Write clean, well-tested code in Python, TypeScript, or other modern languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, TypeScript, or Java
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience building and deploying backend services or data-intensive applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments
