Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI infrastructure, the freelance Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain production-grade software systems remotely, focusing on clean code, scalable APIs, and backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software systems for AI training and deployment pipelines
• Write clean, well-tested code in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript
• Collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Java, or similar)
• Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles
• Experience building and deploying backend services or data-intensive applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments
