Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day while diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code, ensuring quality and security throughout the development lifecycle
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, providing essential resources and tools for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools and a working knowledge of large language models
