Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in developer tooling and platform engineering, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will optimize CI/CD pipelines, design AI-native testing strategies, and enhance the Hireology Developer Portal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve build and deployment pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring it provides comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools and security-aware development practices
