Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Developer Experience (DevX) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer environments, focusing on optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and enhancing the Hireology Developer Portal, all within a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize build and deployment pipeline performance, targeting 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design AI-native testing strategies for a codebase with significant AI-generated contributions, ensuring high-frequency, low-risk deployments
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, including documentation and integration tooling for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
