Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in AI-native development, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will manage the internal and external developer experience, focusing on CI/CD pipeline performance, automated testing strategies, and building the Hireology Developer Portal in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day, diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and designing automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
