Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-native testing strategies, and building tools that support high-frequency deployments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy for a codebase with significant AI-generated contributions
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience in improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools and a solid understanding of large language models
