Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the Developer Experience team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer tools, optimize CI/CD pipelines for high-frequency deployments, and design AI-native testing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates AI-generated code
• Develop and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive resources for external developers

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling or CI/CD infrastructure
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrated experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance and automated test infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code practices
• Familiarity with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
