Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance developer productivity, the full-time Senior Software Engineer (AI-Native) will manage internal and external developer experiences, focusing on CI/CD pipelines, AI-native testing strategies, and the Hireology Developer Portal while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance of CI/CD pipelines to achieve 10 or more production deployments per day, diagnosing and eliminating bottlenecks
• Design and implement an AI-native testing strategy that accommodates high volumes of AI-generated code
• Build and maintain the Hireology Developer Portal, ensuring comprehensive documentation and integration tools for external developers

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of software engineering experience, particularly in developer tooling, platform engineering, or CI/CD infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including Next.js, .NET, Go, and Ruby on Rails
• Demonstrable experience improving CI/CD pipeline performance, measured by build time or deployment frequency
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Proficiency with AI-native development tools, specifically Claude Code or similar frameworks
